Ključni pogoji zbiranja zavezujočih ponudb:

Stavbno zemljišče z ID znakom: parcela 1451 3061 v izmeri 699 m2, leži v neposredni bližini osnovne šole Toneta Pavčka v Mirni Peči, na območju OPPN "Češenska hosta", ki je bil sprejet leta 2009. Po OPPN je zemljišče uvrščeno v območje UE1, namenjeno gradnji samostoječih stanovanjskih hiš.
Za območje OPPN "Češenska hosta" je bil izveden postopek komasacije in se je del lastniških zemljišč namenil cestni infrastrukturi in zelenim površinam. Občina Mirna Peč bo priznala ta vlaganja v javno infrastrukturo v višini cca 8.978,52 EUR, ta obveznost občine pa je neposredno vezana na predmetno nepremičnino. Uveljavljanje vlaganj se prenese na novega lastnika.

Prav tako ima DSU možnost za prodajo pogodbenega predmeta razpisati javno dražbo, e-dražbo, objaviti razpis za zbiranje zavezujočih ponudb ali s ponudniki, ki oddajo enako ponudbo, izvesti dodatna pogajanja.

Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin, ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastal ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV, v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.

Building land with ID sign: parcel 1451 3061, with an area of 699 m², is located in the immediate vicinity of the Tone Pavček Primary School in Mirna Peč, within the OPPN (Detailed Municipal Spatial Plan) “Češenska hosta”, which was adopted in 2009. According to the OPPN, the land is classified in area UE1, intended for the construction of detached residential houses.
For the OPPN area “Češenska hosta”, a land consolidation procedure was carried out, whereby part of the privately owned land was allocated for road infrastructure and green areas. The Municipality of Mirna Peč will recognize these investments in public infrastructure in the amount of approx. EUR 8,978.52, with this obligation of the municipality being directly linked to the property in question. The right to claim these investments is transferred to the new owner.
