Opis
V območju gospodarske cone (K) se lahko rekonstruirajo obstoječe stavbe za komercialne in storitvene namene, obrt, poslovanje, pisarniške, komunalno-servisne in pripadajoče skladiščne ter druge stavbe ali pa se lahko gradijo nove stavbe. Poleg zgoraj omenjenih objektov se na območjih gospodarske cone (K) lahko rekonstruira in gradi:
- pripadajoči skladiščni prostori
- trgovine, razstavni saloni in podobni prostori ter stavbe
- gostinski in zabaviščni objekti
- prometni objekti in objekti mirujočega prometa s pripadajočimi napravami
- komunalno-servisni ali podobni objekti
- infrastrukturni objekti in naprave
- drugi objekti, ki dopolnjujejo primarni namen
Poleg zgoraj omenjenih objektov se lahko na območjih gospodarske cone (K) uredijo tudi javne zelene površine in površine za šport in rekreacijo. Gradnja stanovanj in stanovanjskih stavb na območjih gospodarske cone (K) ni mogoča.

U zoni gospodarske namjene - poslovne (K) mogu se rekonstruirati postojeće ili graditi nove građevine trgovačke i uslužne namjene, zanatske, poslovne, uredske, komunalno - servisne i njima prateće skladišne i druge građevine. Na površinama gospodarske namjene - poslovne (K) mogu se, osim navedenih sadržaja, rekonstruirati i graditi:
- prateći skladišni prostori
- prodavaonice, izložbeno - prodajni saloni i slični prostori i građevine
- ugostiteljske građevine i građevine za zabavu
- prometne građevine i građevine za promet u mirovanju sa pratećim sadržajima
- građevine komunalno - servisne ili slične namjene
- građevine i uređaji infrastrukture
- drugi sadržaji koji upotpunjuju osnovnu namjenu
Osim navedenih sadržaja, na površinama gospodarske namjene - poslovne (K) mogu se uređivati javne zelene površine i površine za šport i rekreaciju. Na površinama gospodarske - poslovne namjene (K) nije moguća gradnja stanova i stambenih građevina.

- Geschäfte, Ausstellungsräume und ähnliche Räume und Gebäude
- Gastronomie- und Unterhaltungsgebäude
- Verkehrsgebäude und Gebäude für ruhenden Verkehr mit zugehörigen Einrichtungen
- Gemeinbedarfs- oder ähnliche Gebäude
- Infrastrukturgebäude und -einrichtungen
- Sonstige Einrichtungen, die den Hauptzweck ergänzen
Zusätzlich zu den oben genannten Einrichtungen können auf Gewerbegebieten (K) öffentliche Grünflächen sowie Flächen für Sport und Erholung angelegt werden. Der Bau von Wohnungen und Wohngebäuden ist in Gewerbegebieten (K) nicht möglich.

Oltre alle strutture sopra menzionate, nelle zone commerciali-industriali (K) possono essere sviluppate aree verdi pubbliche e aree per lo sport e il tempo libero. La costruzione di appartamenti ed edifici residenziali non è possibile nelle zone commerciali-industriali (K).
