Al primo piano c'è una scala in pietra per l'accesso alla strada, vale a dire. Una piazza situata in riva al mare.
La seconda camera da letto al primo piano ha accesso a una terrazza coperta di 15 m2 (anch'essa coperta con tende da sole e lo stesso sistema del piano terra) con una splendida vista sulla piazza, sul bellissimo mare limpido e sulla vetta più alta dell'isola, e c'è anche una camera da letto e un bagno.
Tutte e 4 le camere da letto sono dotate di aria condizionata (raffreddamento + riscaldamento) e hanno una vista sul mare, lato sud e sud-ovest.
I bagni sono dotati di termosifoni.
