Lastovo, stara kamena kuća površine cca 250m2 ( 3 x 72 m2) jedna je od prvih koja je izgrađena u mjestu Lastovo sa renesansnim stupovima iz 15. stoljeća.
Nadograđivana je i završena 1890-ih godina.
Nije zaštićeno kulturno dobro.
Kući je potrebna potpuna adaptacija.
Sastoji se od prizemlja i 2 kata te potkrovlja. Na svakom katu su po dvije velike prostorije. 
Kuća je samostojeća, oko nje su vrtovi ( cca. 182m2), a u vrtovima limuni i naranče koji rađaju svake godine.
Nalazi se u samom središtu Lastova.
Lastovo je inače poznato po svojim fumarima (dimnjacima) te brojnimcrkvicama, a ujedno je i nacionalni park.
Kuća se može preurediti u restoran ili mali boutiqe hotel.

Lastovo, ein altes Steinhaus mit einer Fläche von ca. 250 m² (3 x 72 m²), ist eines der ersten im Dorf Lastovo und verfügt über Renaissancesäulen aus dem 15. Jahrhundert.Es wurde in den 1890er Jahren erweitert und fertiggestellt.Das Haus ist kein geschütztes Kulturdenkmal.Es muss komplett renoviert werden. Das Haus besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss, zwei Obergeschossen und einem Dachgeschoss.Jedes Stockwerk hat zwei große Räume.Das Haus ist freistehend und von Gärten (ca. 182 m²) mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen umgeben, die jedes Jahr Früchte tragen.Es befindet sich im Zentrum von Lastovo.Lastovo ist bekannt für seine Fumaras (Schornsteine) und zahlreichen kleinen Kirchen und ist auch ein Nationalpark.Das Haus kann in ein Restaurant oder ein kleines Boutique-Hotel umgewandelt werden.
