Das Gebäude befindet sich an der Uferpromenade der Stadt und bietet einen Blick auf das Meer.

Una bellissima casa in pietra completamente arredata su quattro piani, che opera con successo come attività familiare ben avviata (turismo) dal 2011. La casa è un bene culturale protetto, con un balcone e un portale al 1° piano del XVII secolo recentemente restaurati.
